การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL Plus เพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาไทยและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ให้มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL Plus เพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาไทยและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาไทยเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจในการอ่านของผู้เรียนก่อนและหลังการสอนแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL Plus เพื่อความเข้าใจและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 3) ศึกษาพัฒนาการความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียนและความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนนครนนท์วิทยา 3 วัดนครอินทร์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มีนักเรียน จำนวน 29 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่ม ระยะเวลาในการทดลอง 16 คาบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบวัดความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาไทยก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทย แบบทดสอบวัดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทย และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความเชื่อมั่น แบบวิธีคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ( - Coefficient)สถิติ ที่แบบไม่อิสระ t-test dependent และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL Plus เพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาไทยและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 แบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL มีองค์ประกอบ 7 ประการ คือ ความเป็นมาของรูปแบบ 2) แนวคิดที่ใช้เป็นพื้นฐาน 3) หลักการ 4) วัตถุประสงค์ 5) เนื้อหา 6) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน 7) การวัดและประเมินผลและกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนมี 7 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ทบทวนความรู้เดิม 2) นำเสนอเนื้อหาสาระใหม่ 3) กระตุ้นการตอบสนองบทเรียน 4) ชี้แนะแนวทางการเรียนรู้ 5) เร่งเร้าความสนใจ 6) สรุป 7) นำไปใช้ โดยที่รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนามีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.26/82.32
2. หลังการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความสามารถในการอ่านเพื่อความเข้าใจ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
3. ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWLมีพัฒนาการสูงขึ้นระดับดีมาก ( = 4.32)
4. ความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบโมเดลการอ่าน 7 ขั้น (APE2G R&T) ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWL โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ( = 4.71, S.D. = 0.61)

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the efficiency of the technical Thai reading with 7 steps reading. (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus on Task and project Model Focusing on Task and Project Based Learning to enhance reading comprehension and creative thinking for elementary school 2. Study the effectiveness of the Technical Thai Reading model focusing on to have quality 80/80 2. To evaluate the effectiveness Thai language teaching with 7 steps reading. (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus on Task and project based learning by comparing Pretest Score and Posttest score after using this model 3. to study the development of creative thinking and the satisfaction towards the developed teaching model. The sample were the elementary school 2 Nakornnonwitttaya 3 Wat Nakhonin Semester 1 academic year 2020. One class has 29 students (cluster random sampling) We use to experiment 16 periods. The instruments were the pretest and posttest reading comprehension test, the test for creative thinking, we use satisfaction survey form to estimate the learning and developing analyze the average, standard deviation, t-test dependent, t-test independent and content analysis.
The findings were us follows :
1. The technical Thai reading Model Focusing on Task and Project Based Learning to enhance reading comprehension and creative thinking for elementary school2 consisted of 7 steps reading (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus to consists with 7 parts of the history 2. based thinking 3. Principle 4. Objective 5. Substance 6. Learning process 7. Measurement and evaluation system and Learning process. The components of this model consisted with 7 procedures. 1. Activate Prior Knowledge 2. Present New Information. 3. Elicit Response. 4. Guide learning. 5.Grain Attention. 6. Review. 7. Transfer a format of Learning Process to developing the capability with 82.26/82.32
2. The ability of reading comprehension of the students after using this Thai reading with 7 steps reading. (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus on Task and project Model Focusing on Task and Project Based Learning were significantly higher than before the developed model at 0.5
3. The development of creative thinking after using this Thai reading with 7 steps reading (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus on Task and project Models were in the best level (X=4.32)
4. The students’ satisfaction towards this Thai reading with 7 steps reading (APE2G R&T) to join with Technic KWL Plus on Task and project Models. All perspectives were in the high satisfy (x=4.71 s.d. = 0.61)
