บทคัดย่อ
รายงานผลการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ทราบผลการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2561 – 2563 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสำรวจสภาพการอ่านหนังสือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน และ 4) ศึกษาผลกระทบที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ 1) ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 30 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเฉพาะข้าราชการและพนักงานครู และ 2) นักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – 6 จำนวน 241 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเช่นกัน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน จำนวน 10 ฉบับ ๆ ละ 1 กิจกรรม รวม 10 กิจกรรม 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน จำนวน 10 ฉบับ ๆ ละ 1 กิจกรรม รวม 10 กิจกรรม 3) แบบสำรวจสภาพการอ่านของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน 4) แบบบันทึกผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนแต่ละปีการศึกษา
สรุปผลการวิจัย
1. ผลการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน ประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมอ่านมากรู้ดีมีรางวัล 2) กิจกรรมเพลินใจเบิกบานกับนิทานที่สร้างสรรค์ 3) กิจกรรมตะกร้าภาษาไทย 4) กิจกรรมตะกร้าภาษาอังกฤษ 5) กิจกรรมเริงร่า 15 นาทีมีความรู้ 6) กิจกรรมเพลินใจความรู้ใหม่จากห้องสมุด 7) กิจกรรมหนังสือคู่ใจ 8) กิจกรรมลองฟังดูมีความรู้แน่ 9) กิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์งานเขียน และ 10) กิจกรรมความรู้ใหม่สารานุกรมไทยให้แนวทาง ครูและนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ในภาพรวมทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ปีการศึกษา 2563 หลังการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในปีการศึกษา 2561 และปีการศึกษา 2562
3. สภาพการอ่านหนังสือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน พบว่า หลังการจัดกิจกรรมปีการศึกษา 2563 นักเรียนอ่านหนังสือคล่องขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมในปีการศึกษา 2562
4. การส่งผลที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน ส่งผลให้โรงเรียน ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนได้รับรางวัลในระดับประเทศหลายรางวัล

Abstract
The objectives of the Report on Results of Activity Organizing to Promote Reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School were to 1) reveal results of activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School, 2) compare learning achievement of Primary 1 – 6 students in the B.E. 2560 – 2563 academic years, 3) compare the results of the survey on reading condition of Primary 1 – 6 students in the B.E. 2560 – 2563 academic years, and 4) explore effects of activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School.
The subjects, chosen by the purposive sampling technique, were 1) 30 teachers of the B.E. 2563 academic year and 2) 241 Primary 4 – 6 students.
Tools used in data collection consisted of 4 sets of questionnaires; 1) 10 sets of questionnaires on satisfaction of teachers with activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School, 1 set per 1 activity, 10 activities in total, 2) 10 sets of questionnaires on satisfaction of students with activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School, 1 set per 1 activity, 10 activities in total, 3) student reading condition before and after activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School, and 4) student learning achievement record form for each academic year.
Summary of the findings
1. Activities organized to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School included 1) An Mak Roo Dee Mee Rangwan, 2) Ploenjai berkban Kab Nitan Sangsan, 3) Takra Pasa Thai, 4) Takra Pasa Angkrid, 5) Kitjakam Roengra Sibha Nati Meekwamroo, 6) Ploenjai Kwamroomai Jak Hongsamood, 7) Nangsue Koojai, 8) Longfangdoo Meekwamroo Nae, 9) Sangsan Ngankian, and 10) Kwamroomai Saranukrom Thai Hai Naewtang. Teachers and students were satisfied with the activities at the high level.
2. It was found that learning achievement of Primary 1 – 6 students, overall level and all learning areas, in the B.E. 2563 academic year, after organizing activities to promote reading, was higher than those of the B.E. 2561 and B.E. 2562 academic years.
3. With regard to reading condition of Primary 1 – 6 students, before and after organizing activities to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School, it was found that after organizing activities in the B.E. 2563 students could read more fluently than what they did in the B.E. 2562
4. The effects of activity organizing to promote reading in Tessaban Khaochaison School could be seen through a number of national rewards given to the school director and students.

สรุปผลการวิจัย

4. การส่งผลที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนเทศบาลเขาชัยสน ส่งผลให้โรงเรียน ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนได้รับรางวัลในระดับประเทศหลายรางวัล
