บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่น และเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ระยะเวลาในการวิจัย ระหว่าง ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 - ปีการศึกษา 2564
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. รูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างศรัทธา (Believe) 2) การสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ (Environment) 3) การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคม (Social Immunity) 4) การสร้างทีมงาน (Team Work) 5) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participation) 6) การสร้างโอกาส (Opportunity) 7) การศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่น (Warm Education) 8) การศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความเป็นเลิศ (Excellent Education) 9) การปรับแต่งให้ประณีต (Refinement)
2. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ สรุปได้ดังนี้
2.1 ผลจากการดำเนินโครงการตามรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและ
เป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู อยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก ทุกโครงการ
2.2 การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2563 และ
ปีการศึกษา 2564 พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2564 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก ปีการศึกษา 2563 ในทุกกลุ่มสาระ เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 13.68
2.3 การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O – NET) ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2563 และ ปีการศึกษา 2564 พบว่า คะแนนการทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O – NET) ของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2564 เพิ่มขึ้นจากปีการศึกษา 2563 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.00 และ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของนักเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2564 ลดลงจากปีการศึกษา 2563 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.64
2.4 การเปรียบเทียบสถิติการสำเร็จการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 พบว่า สถิติการสำเร็จการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2564 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก ปีการศึกษา 2563 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.69 และ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2564 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก ปีการศึกษา 2563 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.29
2.5 การเปรียบเทียบสถิตินักเรียนที่มีปัญหาผลการเรียน พบว่า ลดลงในทุกระดับ และมีนักเรียนมีปัญหาผลการเรียนไม่เกินร้อยละ 5 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด
2.6 การเปรียบเทียบสถิตินักเรียนที่มีปัญหาด้านคะแนนความประพฤติ พบว่า ลดลงในทุกระดับ และมีนักเรียนมีปัญหาด้านพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ไม่เกินร้อยละ 5 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด
2.7 การเปรียบเทียบสถิติการสอบแข่งขันเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในมหาวิทยาลัยหรือคณะที่แข่งขันสูง ปีการศึกษา 2564 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก
ปีการศึกษา 2563 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.65 และ 20.00 ตามลำดับ
3. การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความอบอุ่นและเป็นเลิศ (Best Power Model) สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำอำเภอ โรงเรียนคำแสนวิทยาสรรค์ อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู พบว่า อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ในทุกด้าน

Abstract
The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop the administrative educational model to promote Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province, 2) to study the implementation results of the development of Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province, and 3) to study the satisfaction of the stakeholders towards the development of Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province. The development of this research used a designed tool which the data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The sample groups of the research were the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province during the second (2nd) semester of academic year 2020 to academic year 2021.
The findings of this study revealed as the following:
The development of the administrative educational model to promote Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province displayed its being suitable and feasible at the highest level. The model aspects were; 1) believe
2) environment 3) social immunity 4) team work 5) participation 6) opportunity 7) warm education 8) excellent education 9) refinement
2. The implementation results of the development of Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province which summarized as the following:
2.1 The implementation results of the development of Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province in all projects were found at the highest level.
2.2 The students’ learning achievement increased in academic year 2020 and 2021. It showed that the achievement in academic year 2021 was obviously higher in all subjects than the academic year 2020 in average of 13.68.
2.3 In comparison of basic education test scores (O - NET) of Mathayomsuksa 3 and 6 students in academic year 2020 and 2021. It showed that their O- NET test scores of Mathayomsuksa 3 in academic year 2021. It increased more than the academic year of 2020 in percentage of 0.64.
2.4 The comparison of statistic performance achievement of Mathayomsuksa 3 and 6 students were found at the statistic achievement of Mathayomsuksa 3 in academic year of 2021. It was higher than the academic year of 2020 in percentage of 2.29 and the performance achievement of Mathayomsuksa 6 students in academic year of 2021 were still higher than the academic year of 2020 in percentage of 6.29.
2.5 The comparison of the academic study problems statistic of students found that all the academic study problems were decreasing not over 5 in percentage.
2.6 The comparison of misbehavior problems statistic of students found that misbehavior problems were decreasing not over than 5 in percentage.
2.7 The comparison of the competitive rate of statistic in studying a higher university level of Mathayomsuksa 6 students in academic year 2022 were higher than the academic year 2021 in percentage of 17.65 and 20.20 respectively.
3. The assessment results of the study showed that the satisfaction of the stakeholders towards the development of Warm and Excellent Model (BEST POWER Model) for the students of Khamsaen Wittayasan School, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lum Phu Province were at the highest level in all areas.

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
