บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลตั้งแต่ 0.5 ขึ้นไป (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ที่เรียนโดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนเทศบาลสวนสนุก ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนโดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1 โรงเรียนเทศบาลสวนสนุก เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่เรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 34 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ แบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็น 10 กิจกรรม และ 10 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ รวมเวลาเรียนทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 20 ชั่วโมง (2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เป็นแบบปรนัย เลือกตอบ ชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ ที่มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.20-0.80 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.20-0.64 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.7908 และ (3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 1 ฉบับ 10 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) และสถิติการทดสอบที (Paired Sample t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 82.62/80.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล (The Effectiveness Index : E.I.) เท่ากับ 0.63
2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียน โดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนเทศบาลสวนสนุก ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนโดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Book) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เรื่อง วัสดุและสมบัติของวัสดุ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.21

ABSTRACT
This objectives of this research were (1) to develop an electronic book “Material and material properties” in Science and technology Group for Prathom Suksa 4 students, Saunsanuk municipal school to reach the 80/80 criterion and effectiveness Index : E.I of 0.5, (2) to compare the learning achievement between before and after learning using electronic book “Material and material properties” in Science and technology Group for Prathom Suksa 4 students, and (3) to explore the students’ satisfaction with organization of learning activities to learning using electronic book “Material and material properties”. The cluster random sampling was applied for 34 Pratom Suksa 4/1 students, Saunsanuk municipal school attending in the second semester of the academic year 2020. The instruments used in this study were : (1) 10 lesson plans on learning using electronic book “Using electronic book “Material and material properties”, (2) 30 items with 4 multiple choices of the achievement test which its difficulty index is from 0.20-0.80, the discrimination is over 0.20 and the reliability is 0.7908, and and (3) 10 items 5 rating scale of satisfaction test. The data were subsequently analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Paired Sample t-test).
The research findings were summarized as follows :
1. The efficiency of an electronic book “Material and material properties” in Science and technology Group for Prathom Suksa 4 students, Saunsanuk municipal school was found to be 82.62/80.00 which was higher than the established requirement of standard criterion, and effectiveness Index : E.I of 0.63.
2. The learning achievement between before and after learning, it was clearly
found that after learning, the students who learnt using electronic book “Material and material properties” in Science and technology Group for Prathom Suksa 4 students, Saunsanuk municipal school, the strand had higher learning achievement than before learning at .05 level.
3. The participants were satisfied learnt using electronic book “Material and material properties” in Science and technology Group for Prathom Suksa 4 students, Saunsanuk municipal school which the overall aspect was evidently found at a high level. The mean was 4.21.
