บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม

องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินบริบทการดาเนินงาน

โครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม 2) เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยใน

การดาเนินงานโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม 3) เพื่อ

ประเมินกระบวนการ การดาเนินงานโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมือง

เตาวิทยาคม 4) เพื่อประเมินผลลัพธ์ของการดาเนินงานโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล

ชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม ประกอบด้วย 4.1 เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบในการดาเนินงาน 4.2 เพื่อ

ประเมินประสิทธิผลการดาเนินงานโครงการ 4.3 เพื่อประเมินความยั่งยืนของโครงการ และ4.4 เพื่อ

ประเมินการถ่ายทอดส่งต่อโครงการ ซึ่งเป็นการประเมินในมิติต่าง ๆ เพื่อนาไปปรับปรุงการดาเนินงาน

โครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ(%) ค่าเฉลี่ย

( X ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการประเมิน ปีการศึกษา 2564 จานวน

267 คน ประกอบด้วย ครู 14 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 9 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง

(Purposive Sampling) นักเรียน 122 คน และผู้ปกครอง 122 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย

(Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบประเมินโครงการเป็น

แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น (Questionnaire) ในการดาเนินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล

ชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ปีการศึกษา 2564 ซึ่งเป็น

แบบสารวจรายการ (Check list) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า(Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด

มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด ตามรูปแบบการประเมิน CIPPIEST Model

ผลการประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตา

วิทยาคม องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ปีการศึกษา 2564 มีดังนี้

1) ผลการประเมินบริบทการดาเนินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียน

เมืองเตาวิทยาคม พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.66, S.D. = 0.40 )



2) ผลการประเมินปัจจัยนาเข้าในการดาเนินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคมพบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด( X = 4.61, S.D. = 0.32) 3) ผลการประเมินผลกระบวนการการดาเนินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ( X = 4.65, S.D. = 0.22) 4) ผลการประเมินผลผลิตของการดาเนินโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด โรงเรียนเมืองเตาวิทยาคม พบว่า โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

( X = 4.67, S.D. = 0.21) 4.1 ผลการประเมินผลกระทบในการดาเนินงานพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

( X = 4.67, S.D. = 0.64) 4.2 ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลการดาเนินโครงการ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก

ที่สุด ( X = 4.65, S.D. = 0.47) 4.3 ผลการประเมินความยั่งยืนของโครงการ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

( X = 4.70, S.D. = 0.46 ) 4.4 ผลการประเมินการถ่ายทอดส่งต่อโครงการ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

( X = 4.64, S.D. = 0.49 )

กล่าวโดยสรุปว่า ในประเมินโครงการในครั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู นักเรียน

ผู้ปกครองนัเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด มีความเหมาะสมใน

ระดับมากที่สุด และมีการดาเนินการบรรลุผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงควร

ดาเนินการต่อไป

Abstract

Evaluation of Beach Volleyball Potential Promotion Project Muang Tao Wittayakhom School Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization The objectives of this study were 1) to evaluate the operational context of the Beach Volleyball Potential Promotion Project . 2) to evaluate factors in the implementation of the beach volleyball potential promotion project. Muang Tao Wittayakhom School. 3) to evaluate the process Implementation of the beach volleyball potential promotion project. 4) to evaluate the results of the beach volleyball potential promotion project implementation. Muang Tao Wittayakhom School consists of 4.1 to evaluate the impact on the operation. 4.2 to evaluate the effectiveness of the project implementation, 4.3 to assess the sustainability of the project, 4.4 to evaluate the transfer of the project. This is an evaluation in various dimensions to improve the performance of the beach volleyball potential promotion project. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage (%), mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The sample group used in the assessment for the academic year 2021 consisted of 267 people, consisting of 14 teachers, 9 school committees, who were From purposive sampling, 122 students and 122 parents were selected by simple random sampling. The project evaluation form is an opinion questionnaire. (Questionnaire) in implementing a project to promote the potential of beach volleyball. Muang Tao Wittayakhom School Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization, Academic Year 2021, which is a checklist survey with a Rating Scale of 5 levels: highest, most, medium, least and least. according to the evaluation model CIPPIEST Model

academic year 2021 are as follows:

In summary, In evaluating this project School committees, teachers, students,

parents had opinions that the beach volleyball potential promotion project is

appropriate at the highest level and has effectively achieved the objectives of the

project therefore should continue
