บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก โรงเรียนเทศบาล 4 วัดโพธิวราราม มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษา ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และความพึงพอใจของครูที่ได้รับการนิเทศด้วยกระบวนนิเทศแบบคลินิก 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนของครู ภายหลังการปฏิบัติการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูที่ได้รับการนิเทศด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ครูสายปฏิบัติการสอนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 3 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 4 วัดโพธิวราราม 21 คน 2) นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 3 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 4 จำนวน 259 คน
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีขั้นตอนวิธีการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะดังนี้
ระยะที่ 1 ผลการวิเคราะห์สถานภาพทั่วไปของประชากร คือครูสายปฏิบัติการสอน จำนวน 21 คน ที่ต้องการพัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก
ระยะที่ 2 ผลการพัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก ขั้นตอนที่ 1) ประชุมร่วมกับครู (Pre conference with teacher) ขั้นตอนที่ 2) การสังเกตการสอนในชั้นเรียน (Observation of Classroom) ขั้นตอนที่ 3) การวิเคราะห์ และตีความหมายจากการสังเกตการณ์สอนและพิจารณาในการประชุมต่อไป (Analyze and interpreting observation)
ระยะที่ 3 ผลการพัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประชุมนิเทศ (Supervision Conference) ขั้นตอนที่ 5
การประชุมวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการนิเทศ(Post Conference Analysis)
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบความรู้ทั่วไปเรื่องการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน แบบประเมินเค้าโครงงานวิจัย แบบประเมินรายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน แบบประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่ได้รับการนิเทศด้วยกระบวนนิเทศแบบคลินิก และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนของครู ภายหลังการพัฒนาการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูที่ได้รับการนิเทศด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน รวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ครูที่ได้รับการนิเทศด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และ
มีความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพิ่มขึ้น ความพึงพอใจของครูต่อการพัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก อยู่ในระดับมาก
2. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนการสอนของครูที่ได้รับการพัฒนาความสามารถ
ในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้วยกระบวนการนิเทศแบบคลินิก อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract
The purposes of the Developing teacher’s ability to conduct research in the classroom with a clinical supervision process Udon Thani Municipality School 4 Wat Phothiwararam were 1) to study the knowledge, understanding, ability to conduct research in the classroom and satisfaction of teachers who received clinical supervision procedures. 2) To study the satisfaction of students regarding the teacher's teaching and learning. After conducting research in the classroom of teachers who were supervised by the clinical supervision process. The population used in the research consisted of 1) 21 Teachers in the Prathom Suksa 1-6 and Mathayom 1 - 3 Schools, Udon Thani Municipality School 4 Phothiwararam. 2) 259 students in grades 1 - 6 and secondary grades 1 - 3, Udon Thani Municipality School 4 Phothiwararam
This research has divided into 3 phases as follows:
Phase 1 The results of analysis of the general status of the population are 21 teachers need to improve their ability to conduct research in the classroom through clinical supervision process.
Phase 2 The results of developing teachers' ability to conduct classroom research using clinical supervision process Step 1) Pre conference with teacher Step 2) classroom teaching observation Step 3) Analyze and interpreting observation.
Phase 3 The results of developing teachers' ability to conduct classroom research using clinical supervision process. Step 4) Supervision Conference. Step 5) Post Conference Analysis.
The research tools consisted of the classroom research general knowledge of classroom research quiz, research layout assessment form, classroom research report assessment, teacher's classroom research capability assessment form, the satisfaction questionnaire of teachers who received clinical supervision procedures and the student satisfaction questionnaire about the teacher's teaching after developing research in the classroom of teachers supervised by clinical supervision process. The statistics which used for the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation. To collect data and analyzed the quantitative data with the computer program.
The results showed that
1. Teachers who have been supervised by clinical supervision process have knowledge, understanding and increased ability to do research in class. Teacher's satisfaction towards improving teachers' ability to conduct classroom research through clinical supervision process is high level
2. Students are satisfied with the teacher's teaching that has been developed by doing research in class with a clinical supervision process is high level.
